How shocking is this… people who download/stream music illegally also purchase the music! Only a handful of artist are getting this through their skulls that the internet is the future of music and that if someone finds your song on Youtube or a P2P client or torrent and they happen to like it, chances are they’ll buy your sh*t.

Especially in the dance music scene, other then Tiesto, Armin, Guetta and a select other few…people dont know who you are! Matter of fact half the good electronic music they hear, they think its from Tiesto. So getting someone to make a video for you and post it on Youtube, thats free advertising for the artist.
