Here’s another great track from our friend DJ Cheric of the FnF Project. The original track was released back in 2006 by Eddie Thoneick featuring the voice of Berget Lewis, and is now remixed by Cheric giving it a little bit of that New York House flavor. Check it out!!

What you’re getting here is an exclusive track from FnF Project Ft. Justin M. called “Minimal Condition”. All the house heads in the place will love this track, DJ Cheric of FnF Project summed it up best saying this is what “resonates from my head after 1 AM”. The track is closed to being signed by a label, so look out for this and enjoy!
