Electro Esthetica – Trance Show EPISODE – 004 by electro-esthetica
ELECTRO ESTHETICA – this essentially new vision of the Russian dance floor with the new quality of sound. At the head of creative thought the non-standard approach to handling sound. Original sounding of the project balances on a joint of genres. The rigid rhythm and an electric basis are combined with progressive sounding, a melodious vocal and an electronic aesthetics. Creativity of project plunges the listener in travel in the imagined worlds, absorbing a dynamic drive and immersing splashes of emotions in euphoria.
The musical stylistics of the project is constructed on hybrid sets of compilations in Tech Trance, Progressive Trance, Hard Trance.
The project has acted on large dance floors with such world names as: Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, Marco V, Marcel Woods, Yoji (aka Yoji Biomehanika), Giuseppe Ottaviani, Joop, Alex M.O.R.P.H. & Woody Van Eyden, Ronald Van Gelderen, Matt Darey, SolarStone, Agnelli&Nelson, Misja Helsloot, Mark Norman, Cliff Coenraad, ATB, Blake Jarrell, Brian Cross, Mauro Picotto, Antoine Clamaran, DJ Mar-T, Gabriel & Dresden, Paul Van Dyk, Xerox & Illumination, Talamasca, Etnica, Paul Taylor, Dynamic, Vibe Tribe, Mekkanikka, Psychotic Micro, Insomnia, etc.
“I have always searched for sound sources there where it is difficult to present them. I am looking for the beauty in everything. I am trying to bring the elements of aesthetics in daily life, which lacks both paints. ” S. Cascade

Ferry Corsten’s ‘Once Upon A Night’ Preview
Thursday, March 18th, 2010With much thanks to Betty from Plexi PR and Ultra Records, I was able to give the new Ferry Corsten compilation ‘Once Upon A Night‘ a listen and, I must say both CD’s on the album are very good. CD 1 starts off with my favorite unreleased track right now (Yuri Kane – Right Back) and continues with a softer more melodic vibe through out the mix.
CD 2 is what what I love..except for the last few tracks (I’ll get into that later). This mix is much more energetic than CD 1 and you can notice that with the first tune,Mark Sixma’s ‘Forsaken’ which has a SICK bassline. The mix gets progressively harder and harder with tracks like Tempo Giusto’s ‘Metropolitan (Alex O’Rion Remix)’ and, Breakfast’s “Slow Motion”. After track 5 the mood of the mix changes to a more trancey feel, which isn’t all that bad as it blends in well. The issue I have is the last two tracks on the CD, DJ Eco pres. Pacheco – Dancing Under Streetlights and BT – The Unbreakable (Breakfast Remix). The tracks are awesome, but, just did not belong here in my opinion. These two tracks just seem like they came out of nowhere, they switched the whole feel of the mix for me, it went from a high energy mix to lovey dovey vocal mix.
All in all I would recommend going out March 30th and purchasing the 2 CD compilation, as you’ll definitely hear some new tracks(which is why enjoyed the mix so much). This is probably my favorite compilation since Cosmic Gates 2 CD compilation ‘Back 2 Back 3‘ . I’d rate the album a 8 out of 10.
If you can’t wait to hear the compilation, make sure you catch a special preview March 17th on Corsten’s Countdown. Click HERE for more info.
