Well the time has come to release Volume 1 of Trance Classics, I’ve worked for a long time (as those who kept asking me about it may know) to collect the tracks together for it. Andain’s new release ‘Promises’ is leading this weeks Top5Tunez voting so I just wanted to let you guys hear the remixes that are available. Each and everyone is great…well except for the Secret Panda Society remix…I’m not too crazy about that one. My favorite from the set is probably the Myon & Shane 54 Summer of Love mix followed by the Marco V remix. I haven’t been sleeping much the past few weeks and this record keeps replaying in my head.

So to update you all on the tornado that was supposed to hit NYC I’ll do it in the form of a tune. The tune is called “The Sun”,why you ask? Because there was no tornado. After some clouds covered us, the sun came out and it was a beautiful day! Here’s Dumondes remix of The Sun by Marc Aurel! By the way the picture is the view from work today.

I woke up way too early today but got to witness how the storm clouds from last night started breaking for clear skies. It’s very calm and quiet out here, the only real sounds you hear out right now is that of birds,frogs,dogs and those pesky mosquitos. Im about jump into a kayak and row out deep into the lake. The first song that came into my head when I stepped outside today was Darudes “Calm before the Storm”, even though the storm is over, the calmness after the storm now lingers (unless it’s just the calm before another storm)
